Rake brings over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing targeting the hospitality industry. He joins Dellisart from XBD Hospitality, where he leveraged the value of working with small ownership groups to address their individual challenges in a collaborative, customized manner. He also held previous positions with Marcus & Millichap and MMGY Global, formally MMG Worldwide.

Rake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UC San Diego and a Real Estate Investment & Finance Certificate from the NYU School of Professional Studies. He is also a Certified Hotel Valuation Software Specialist.
