Travel Outlook welcomes Senior Sales Executive Judy Cassidy

Travel Outlook, the Premier Hotel Call Center™, and owner of Annette™ the Virtual Hotel Agent™ is pleased to announce that hotel industry veteran Judy Cassidy is joining Travel Outlook as Senior Sales Executive.

Judy’s extensive experience with hospitality technology will be a perfect fit when presenting Travel Outlook’s hotel services to potential clients.

Judy brings over twenty years of sales and leadership experience in hospitality to Travel Outlook, ranging from revenue management to hotel management with an emphasis on technology.  “Judy brings exceptional knowledge and experience to this important leadership role and will clearly demonstrate to our clients how our solutions can help our clients work more effectively in a rapidly business environment,” said Smallwood.

Judy’s responsibilities will encompass direct sales and sales team leadership, growing Travel Outlook’s revenue through expanding its presence in new geographies, and contributing to the company’s marketing and business strategies. Travel Outlook sees strong opportunities in key hotel and restaurant verticals, and Judy will emphasize Travel Outlook’s innovations that assist hotels impacted by changes in business environments fueled by the pandemic.
