Aimbridge Hospitality has announced the addition of the HALL Arts Hotel, located in the Dallas Arts District, to be managed under its full-service division operating branded full-service, resorts, and luxury hotels. Located in the Dallas Arts District, the 183-room hotel shows Aimbridge’s focus on providing guest experiences.

“We are delighted to assume management of this iconic and beautiful hotel that has so much to offer,” said Rob Smith, Aimbridge Hospitality’s divisional president, full-service. “Our team’s luxury expertise, unique approach in creating memorable, elevated guest experiences and delivering added value for owners will have a lasting impact.”

The HALL Arts Hotel has over 8,000 square feet of meeting, conference, and private events space, including the 2,500-square-foot Grand Ballroom with views of performing arts venues and a garden, plus  Lasvit chandeliers. It is a venue and backdrop for corporate gatherings, weddings, and social events.

“We are confident that Aimbridge’s wide-ranging expertise and extensive network of hotel properties will make them the ideal partner to further elevate the luxury hotel experience at HALL Arts Hotel,” said Craig Hall, HALL Arts Hotel developer and founder and Chairman of Dallas-based HALL Group.

Ellie’s Restaurant & Lounge, the hotel’s onsite eatery, has seasonal and locally sourced offerings. With views of the Texas Sculpture Walk and a James Welling mural, Ellie’s offers a way to experience the Dallas Arts District.

Other recreational amenities include an experience curator to provide recommendations and walk guests through art tours; a 2,900-square-foot fitness studio; a rooftop pool and gardens; a pet experience; and in-room spa treatments. Throughout the HALL Arts Hotel property, guests will discover a singular art collection curated by the Virginia Shore of Shore Art Advisory. The collection encompasses pieces throughout the hotel’s common areas by artists both emerging and established.
